Jack and Darrick have been working together for 4 years!
Reflecting on their time together, Darrick shared “In first grade, spelling was really hard but by 2nd grade I was doing spelling bees. My grades have improved so much since starting tutoring with Jack at Tutoring Chicago”. Jack is incredibly grateful that for his four years with Ace Darrrick, sharing ”he always shows up, and puts in the effort! He also helped me become a better soccer player!”

GROWTH:
Darrick, how have you grown as a student working with Jack?
My spelling has improved so much. We used to practice reading the sight words and review the things we needed to do to keep practicing and getting better. In first grade, spelling was really hard but by 2nd grade I was doing spelling bees.
Jack, How have you grown as a person working with Darrick?
Ace helps me with soccer, he gives me techniques and strategies. He taught me to stay calm and wait for the ball to approach. Thanks to his tips our team made the play-offs.
GOALS:
Darrick, what is a goal you hope to achieve this year?
Straight As for the whole school year! My grades have improved so much since starting Tutoring Chicago!
Jack, what is your goal you hope to achieve this year?
Getting Darrick to read novels!
