Cabrini-Green Tutoring Program launches with about 15 volunteers and 40 students.
1970

One-to-one tutor to students ratio is established. 1970 starts with 100 tutors.

Incorporation into a nonprofit organization,

Continued program growth (400 students) leads to rebrand to Tutoring Chicago.

Virtual tutoring begins in response to the COVID-19 pandemic
